Campers
First of all, I want to thank you for attending Ram Tough OL Camp. Those of you that were there know now that we care about kids A LOT and we want to see them succeed!!! Also In order to achieve greatness, or fulfill an athlete's full potential, it takes all of us (athlete, family, school, outside training) to help along the way. We were just glad to be a small part of it on Saturday!!!!
I have received a few emails asking some questions, so I will give the answers to everyone, in case some others have the same questions:
1. Ram Tough Camps,will you be doing more. Yes, at least 1 more in Hutto before fall camp and more around the state. is the twitter account and also RAM TOUGH OL Camps page along with my personal twitter is where you can find future camps.
2. Coaches Brad LaPlante Tony Johnson and Coach Zach Collins Twitters are here for you to connect and ask questions with.
3. Protein tracking-the free app is called Nutri Coach. They do have a version you pay for, but don't pay for it!!!

6. The shirts the coaches were wearing, yes I have about 15 of them. They are $35 apiece. If you need me to ship them to you it would be $44.99.
7. Protein-1 gram per pound of body weight is good tracking goal. Example: IF you weigh 190 lbs you should try to get 190 G of protein daily.
