Played at Killeen High School… awarded 2nd Team All-District and was named Miss Roo as a sophomore... awarded 2nd Team All-District as a junior… awarded 2ndTeam All-District and was named Miss Roo again as a senior... member of the A/B Honor Roll all four years.

Killeen High School senior Carmen Williams was the type of basketball player that kept opposing coaches up at night.
When looking at film of the Lady Roos, you’d see this 5-foot- 6 guard outfighting and outhustling forwards and posts for a critical rebound.
Look at more film and there’s Williams making steal after steal from skilled point guards.
Look at the film from tipoff to the closing horn and there’s Williams playing tenacious defense all game and ultimately destroying the confidence of some highly touted shooter.
Oh, and there she is again, taking a charge against a 6-footer.
