Scott had the ball in his hip removed in 2009 and has been wheelchair bound since. Doctors told him that there was nothing else they could do for him and that he didn't have the muscle mass to be able to walk again.

Well if you know Scott, he doesn't give up easily. He worked on his upper body for years trying to get the upper body strength that would be vital in trying to work on the lower body and get out of his wheelchair.
