Your back is stronger than you think.

A landmark study scanned more than 3,100 people with no back pain at all just to see what their spines looked like.

The results? By age 40, the majority of pain-free adults already have "abnormal" findings on MRI. Disc bulges, degeneration, even herniations — present in people walking around feeling completely fine.

Disc changes are often just part of being human. Like gray hair or wrinkles. Internal evidence of a life that's been lived.

So why does an MRI report so often make people feel fragile, fearful, and afraid to move? And what does the science actually say about building a back that holds up to real life?

Wanted to share my family’s favorite Saturday morning breakfast. These Honey Cottage Cheese Pancakes are ridiculously good and they’re fairly heathy compared to regular pancakes! 🥞💪

Ingredients
• 6 eggs
• 16 oz cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
• 1.5 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt

Instructions

1. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, honey, butter, vanilla, and lemon zest.
2. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Stir until just combined.
4. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
6. Top with berries and enjoy.

* 90 calories
* 5g protein
* 11g carbs
* 3g fat

Most people see the hard work she puts into her training, but what they don't see is everything she does behind the scenes to help keep the admin side of Six20 running smoothly.

We're incredibly thankful for her consistency, dedication, positive attitude, and the steady presence she brings every day.

One thing he’s done really well is stay consistent with his programming and actually track his workouts in the app. Logging weights, tracking progress, and seeing those numbers improve over time makes it a lot easier to keep moving forward.

Nothing complicated—just showing up, doing the work, and letting consistency win. 💪
