The Hutchinson Track & Field Team is proud to congratulate Hanley Neumann on competing at the State Track and Field Meet today! Hanley represented Hutchinson with grit and determination, finishing 15th in the prelims against the best athletes in the state.

Qualifying for state is an incredible accomplishment! Way to go, Hanley! We are proud of you!

This is a wonderful tribute to long-time boys track and field coach Leonard Lasley and great recognition for the Hutch Track and Field program!

On May 14th, Hutchinson Tigers Track & Field proudly hosted the 1st Annual Leonard Lasley Invitational — a night dedicated to honoring tradition, excellence, and community.

For more than 50 years, Leonard Lasley helped shape generations of athletes. Alongside of him was fellow coach Lowell Himle, building a legacy together that continues to inspire Hutchinson Track & Field today.

This event was more than just competition — it was a celebration of our athletes, our program, and the people who helped build it.

Thank you, Leonard, for your decades of dedication, leadership, and passion for Hutchinson athletics. Your impact will be felt for generations to come.

Friday, May 29, is the final day of the Section 2AA Track and Field Meet at Gustavus. Field Events and Running Events start at 10 a.m. Best of luck to our athletes competing in finals of individual running events, field events and relays tomorrow. A huge shout out to our seniors who will be competing for the last time with us. Their leadership and dedication will be missed next season!

The Hutchinson Tigers Track and Field Team has their last meet of the season this week. We head to Gustavus Adolphus for the Section 2AA Meet on Wednesday and Friday. Wishing all of our athletes the best of luck as they compete for a chance to participate in the State Track and Field Meet.
