Race walking sensation has successfully defended his title, capturing the GOLD medal in the Men’s 20km Race Walk at the African Athletics Championships in Accra! 🥇

Wakuma continues an incredible breakout run on the world stage, coming off a historic world silver medal in Brasília last month and a stunning 6th-place finish at the Paris Olympics.

🇪🇹 TEAM DOMINANCE IN SHANGHAI! 🇪🇹

​The Ethiopian squad absolutely took over the women’s 1500m, sweeping the 1st, 2nd, and 4th place spots!

​Birke Haylom led the charge, taking the win in a spectacular 3:55.56.

​Tsige Duguma shocked the field in just her second-ever 1500m, smashing her PB by a massive 8 seconds to finish 2nd in 3:55.71!
