What a ride it has been, Fort Worth. Since 2016, this tunnel has been filled with the sound of wind, cheers from the flight deck, hard-earned progression, first flights, laughs, high fives, and more memories than we could ever fit into one post. For nearly 10 years, people came here to experience flying — but so many walked away with something even bigger. New passions. New confidence. New friends. And for some, a community that became family. To our experienced flyers and every indoor and outdoor skydiver who put in the time, shared their knowledge, supported one another, and brought so much passion for the sport into this building: thank you. Body flight is what it is because of people like you.
iFLY Fort Worth is now permanently closed, and saying goodbye to a place that holds this many memories isn’t easy. But the friendships, lessons, progression, and love of flying that started here don’t end here. We hope everyone who found a piece of themselves in the wind keeps chasing that feeling. You can continue flying at iFLY Dallas in Frisco, approximately a 40-minute drive from Fort Worth. From everyone who had the privilege of being part of this tunnel and this community, thank you for nearly 10 amazing years. 💙
