We’ve got Lit’l Steppers ALL MONTH LONG!

These past weeks have been extra special as we introduced our student instructors! Here at Lit’l Steppers, that is what it is allllll about!

A space to help build confidence, leadership, and giving our kids opportunities to lead others.

And yes… you can come step with them! 💃 Come get moving with us!

Today was such a fun time with our Lit’l Steppers! 💃🏽✨

Our student instructors each took a turn leading a song for our class. This is our 3rd week giving them space to sharpen their leadership skills, and we’re so excited to see who they become!

At Lit’l Steppers, the fitness portion of Lit'l Champs, we often talk about character development. We get to watch these kids apply those lessons in real time and show them that you’re never too young to lead.
As leaders and instructors, it’s important that we don’t just lead. Let us encourage you to multiply yourself (train up the ones under your leadership), pass the torch and empower others to lead, too. That’s a small part of what we hope to cultivate here. ❤️

✨ TODAY’S CLASS RECAP!

Our upcoming instructors had the opportunity to step up and lead again this week! We love giving these steppers a chance to practice what it means to lead a class!

And of course… we had to bring the 🔥 with our Step Challenge + Plank Challenge! 💪🏽

What can you expect at Lit’l Champs Step Class? 👣🔥

Challenges like this one!

For our “Last One Standing” Step Challenge, steppers had to keep stepping through the entire song. The moment they stopped, they were out! 😅

While it may look like just a fun game, activities like these help children build endurance, coordination, focus, rhythm, confidence, and perseverance. They learn to push through when things get challenging, encourage one another, and celebrate each other’s success.

At Lit’l Champs, step class is about developing discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills in a fun and engaging environment.
