If y’all haven’t met Robin… are you living under a rock???
Robin started with Burn Hurst exactly 1 year ago, and we wanted to highlight her first year with us!!!
Here’s a little about Robin:
Favorite protocol: “ACON, because I always wear a skirt and I get to embody my little cousin who just got drafted to the HOUSTON Texans Kayden McDonald! I say to myself cmon Robin Kayden would go faster than this, I also learned I LOVE the doing hurdles!”
Progress you’re proud of: “100% lunges!! When I first started they wild feel like a hot knife cutting through my thighs and the knee touching the floor was a pipe dream, now they don’t bother me at all!”
What camp time you come to & why you love that time: “6:30!!!!!! Because we yap and there’s HIGH chance we’re going to Gloria’s afterwards🤭”
4Something you’ve learned about yourself in the last year: “Hmmm….just because I’m breathing hard doesn’t mean I’m going to pass out or throw up! Literally just keep going body you’re fine.”
Favorite thing about burn: “The whimsey, I love having a safe place to wiggle and dance badly, and everyone just joins in too!!!”
If you could tell yourself when you started a burn a year ago one thing, what would that thing be? “It’s ok to let your guard down, it’s safe place you have found your tribe, welcome home.”
We love sweet Robin SO much and can’t wait to see her continued progress!!! Show her some love :)
