Visited my Grandma for her 90th birthday this past weekend & of course we had to get in a quick workout 💪

At 90 years old, she still lives independently, drives, tends to her garden, and continues doing life for herself.

She’s such an inspiration and the perfect reminder of why we strength train, not just to lift heavier weights, but to stay strong, capable, and independent for as long as possible.

Strong looks good at EVERY age. 🩷
