🖤💛Congratulations to our #42 Macie Moench ( #16 Fillies) on her middle school team’s historic season! Good luck next week playing for the championship! Go Fillies!💛🖤

The Fillies finished off the regular season 10-0. Most wins in season and the first undefeated season for Middle School softball. Congratulations and best of luck in the tournament next week.

We are happy to announce our final roster addition! From Palos Park, IL, #75 pitcher/1B/OF Addison Karlin. Excited to say that Addison will be with us full time this season!!

Addison is a hard throwing right hander with a fastball in the 60+ mph range. Addison has proven to be a clutch contributor as she has been given the ball against some of our toughest opposition.

Offensively, Addison is a consistent hitter that puts the ball in play. When she isn’t in the circle, Addison will provide quality innings at 1B and in the outfield.

Addison is a very supportive teammate who is constantly cheering her teammates on with positive vibes.

Couldn’t be more excited to have Addison as a full time member of our team!

Our next returning player, from Canonsburg PA, utility player #44 Zoë Madden.

Offensively, Zoe has the ability to hit for power to all fields. She also handles the bat well in small ball situations. Zoë also is a smart baserunner that applies pressure while on base for our opponents.

Defensively, Zoë is an elite defender that brings a ton of versatility to our team. Whether playing 1B, 3B or in the outfield, Zoë performs at a high level with the glove.

Always one to have a positive attitude and uplifting her teammates, Zoë is an emotional leader of the team.

Our next returning player, from Kouts, Indiana #42 pitcher/super utility Macie Moench!

Macie is the girl on our team that can do about anything that we ask….and we’ve asked her to play every position with the exception of catcher! A true versatile player that is comfortable both outfield and infield. A true asset to the team.

Inside the circle, Macie possesses a dominating presence to go along with 60+ mph fastball. She mixes in a nice set of pitches to make her one of the top pitchers in our age group. We allow her to call her own pitches at times due to her high softball IQ.

Offensively, Macie is a girl that has hit in the 3 hole for much of the season. She has top end exit velocity and has the power to hit OTF home runs. A smart base runner with speed, Macie is a girl that opponents do not want on base.

Looking forward to another year to watch her continue to improve.

Our next returning player, from Peter’s Township, PA #21 middle infielder Mikayla Morgan.

Offensively, don’t let her stature fool you, this girl has a powerful bat. At PGF Nationals in California, she rattled the fence on a shot to left center. Mikayla is a speedster that can turn singles into doubles and has a high IQ to grab extra bases.

Defensively, she has been a consistent glove up the middle with the range to go in the hole and the arm to throw girls out.

Mikayla is back for her third year and I am excited to watch her continue to grow her game.
