Still doing regular elbow planks? Try spicing it up with this 1 arm hand plank on med ball.

DISCLAIMER: if you have never done 1 arm hand planks before try them WITHOUT the ball first!

Keeping the feet wide really helps learn the position! If that's too easy then bring in the feet more narrow.

Sometimes sore feet, knee pain, tight calves, and plantar fasciitis can be related to wearing tight shoes!

Society has rules and you have to wear shoes,...unless you live on a hippie commune.

But sadly, many shoes are designed more for fashion rather than proper mechanics of the foot.

So to maximize the time that we do have to go barefoot, I love using toe spreaders.

Toe spreaders can help restore the proper mechanics of feet, making them stronger and healthier!

This technique shown in the video with the foam roller is great for:
✅️ After a run
✅️ After a leg day workout
✅️ After skiing or snowboarding
✅️ After wearing tight shoes all day
