I think it’s an example to leadership to have one multiple Olympic champion, coach and mentor and teach another Olympic champion. It’s easy to talk about it when you’ve never done it.
It’s more important to demonstrate and explain the hard work in the demonstration through example. That’s one of the things that Wrestling in America needs is more leadership from people who have actually been on the podium at the Olympics.
