What a fantastic day at the Submission Challenge Competition in Sioux Falls yesterday!

As a new school of only about half a year we weren’t sure what to expect….

We had three of our students compete and they all placed on the podium!

Braden Curnow and Handy Man Griffith (Travis Griffith) both took first place in their divisions!
Jace Bales took third in his, after only practicing BJJ for about a month!

We couldn’t be any more proud of these three guys not just for their excellent outcomes but for giving it their all and competing with the heart and respect for the sport that they did!

We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for these athletes and are honored to be part of their BJJ journey!

How to do a basic belt tie.

Since all our students are new to BJJ Coach Raul has had to demonstrate this tie quite a bit!
