Hawk Haven Hogs (Huron, TN) will soon take 4 pasture-raised heritage pigs to the processor. Shares are open!
How it works: you buy a share of a live pig before processing and pick up your pork cut and wrapped. You pay US for the pig share, and the PROCESSOR your part of the butchering (about $185 per small pig, $230 per big pig, split by shares; the bill settles on real weights).
SHARES (pig price + your part of the butcher bill):
🥓 Taster (1/8) — 6–9 lb — $65 + ~$25
🍖 Small Box (1/4) — 12–18 lb — $125 + ~$45–60
🐖 Medium Box (1/2) — 24–36 lb — $150 + ~$90–115
🐷 Large Box (whole) — 48–73 lb — $200 + ~$185–230
Every share mixes the whole pig: roasts, bacon, jowl bacon, breakfast sausage, ground pork, plus neck bones. A deposit ($25/$50/$100) holds your share. First come, first served — when the 4 pigs are spoken for, that's it until the next round. Message the page to reserve yours!
