We are staffed from 7am till 730pm Monday thru Friday and 8 am till 12pm on Saturdays. Offering hiit/ circuit and yoga classes, included with memberships!!

There was a couple who came in the gym last night without swiping cards and left machines loaded and dumbbells out. Since they waited in their car until someone came to the door I’m quite sure they don’t have memberships. I’m giving them a chance to come forward before we make them fb famous.
