One Circle Chinese Goju Karate School Master Courtney Faison offers Martial Arts instruction and fitness training for kids and adults.

Our mission at One Circle Chinese Goju Karate School is to seek a deeper relationship with ourselves, our fellow students and the world around us. We strive to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being and adaptability through self and interpersonal exploration. We offer modes of exploration in mind, body and spirit through physical fitness and flexibility, martial arts technique, martial

arts philosophy and meditation. Our mission is to train our bodies and minds to be adaptable in movement and in thought. Through this we can create a sense of personal security and peace of mind.

It’s almost been one year that Hayley Arnold has been training with us here at One Circle. Her dedication, determination and transformation is incredible. She is a fantastic student. She has conquered fears, perservered through complicated martial arts techniques and some brutal workouts. She competed and medaled in tournaments across the state in kata and kumite. I am so proud of my friend and student, Hayley Arnold. Congratulations Happy Anniversary...keep it up. We love you. Chien! All the Best to you, Shihan Courtney Faison Grasty.
