Clayton and Hurdle Trash Disposal We are a family owned and operated business that has provided Roxboro and other counties since 1979! We pick up trash in Person and surrounding counties.

Our business picks up on every holiday throughout the year, except Christmas Day. We pick up, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Christmas Eve. The drivers leave a note every year and will let you know what day your trash will be picked up at Christmas since it's a different day each year.

Trash Collection Update – Monday, February 2
Trash will be collected on the normal schedule tomorrow, Monday, February 2. However, due to road conditions, trucks may experience delayed start times.

There will be no recycling collection on February 2, as the recycling center will be closed. Any additional recycling will be collected during your next scheduled pickup.

Many roads along our routes remain completely covered in ice, making it unsafe for our trucks to stop or turn around. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we service only those locations that can be accessed safely.

If we are unable to reach your address this week, any additional materials will be collected during next week’s scheduled pickup.
