We’re partnering with Gather for Good HSV and Good Company Cafe for a free all-levels yoga class at Lewter Park in Five Points. Led by the incredible Shay Webster Shay Webster // 200 hr YTT Open to everybody.

Saturday September 12th at 9:30 AM. 1501 Wellman NE, Huntsville AL 35801.

We’re asking everyone who attends to bring a donation of new women’s undergarments, pads, or tampons. Every item collected will go directly to the unhoused at Gather for Good’s community distribution.
