We’ve been quiet on the socials lately. But don’t mistake that for lack of action! Classes are in full swing &growing steadily. However, this weekend Mr.Cobert and Miss Cobert are at The Nunez’s Tae Kwon Do Tournament in St.Augustine, meeting new people, learning more about the organization, and doing some judging as well! But don’t worry! Next week they will be back and ready for regularly scheduled classes!

Last night Legacy celebrated our 1st Birthday- yay! We had so much fun I forgot to take photos! We celebrated with many new friends and old friends alike! We could not have had such an amazing year without all our friends cheering us on. We thank you! Special thanks to the V Dance Academy family for taking a chance, giving us a space, and an extended family- we love you 💙 Emily-thank you for jumping in with both feet to build and instruct classes and be the 2nd in command! We couldn’t have done this without you. Thomas- thanks for supporting Emi in this challenging endeavor! We appreciate you BOTH for showing up!💜💜 to ITF America& Chris Poteet- thank you for giving us a standard to achieve and clear path forward. We very much appreciate your organization! ❤️Thanks to the teens who helped get everything setup and cleaned up last night. Yall are the BEST 💜💛🖤And to all of our Legacy TaeKwonDo Academy family- we truly appreciate your patience, dedication, and sense of humor over the past year. All of your kiddos are amazing and have achieved so much and can do so much more! We love you all! 💜🖤💛

“Controlling your actions and reactions.” It is the 4th tenet of TaeKwonDo. Even our youngest students exemplified self-control at our recent rank testing, the first testing in which they’ve ever participated. They waited their turn patiently, quietly, and watched as each student did the same. All of them showed such growth since the beginning of their martial arts journey!
