All participants must register and use certified HFS logo golf balls for all Hole-in-One and Long-Putt attempts. Current or former PGA golf professiona
ls and college golfers (within the last 5 years) are not eligible to win hole-in-one prizes. Each player is allowed only the number of shots purchased through their official entry package. Witnesses and officials must be present at the time of each attempt; a signed affidavit is required for any winning shot. The $1,000,000 shot requires three witnesses and video recording of the complete shot attempt. the long-putt if eligible, has the same witness and recording requirements as the $1,000,000 super shot. In the event of multiple Hole-in-Ones on the same prize hole, a closest-to-the-pin playoff will determine the winner. All decisions by event officials are final.
