It is with great sadness to announce the passing of a true legend of the game, Keith “Gunner” Gunn, Sam Houston State, Class of ’78.

A larger-than-life character, Gunner left his mark both on and off the pitch. From the legendary stories on the field to the more recent ones from the “Gunn Rack,” there was never a shortage of memories or laughs.

You’ll be missed and remembered by many.
