Tumbling classes at American Flip Factory focus on a strong foundation and solid progressions. Children advance in levels when they are physically and mentally ready.

Do you know why we wait until the age of 5 to offer full tumbling classes? Prior to the age of 5 it is unsafe for children to "bridge". This includes backwalkovers and backhandsprings. Studies have shown bridging before age 5 can cause lifelong spinal injuries. (We do not bridge in our preschool classes).

In order to have safe and effective tumbling, a strong foundation must be built! Train with the BEST and most experienced in Huntsville!!! American Flip Factory!!!!
