From Huntsville Star to Braves Manager:

Did you know the new Atlanta Braves manager, Walt Weiss, is a former Huntsville Star? While some might recall him being drafted in 1985, he actually made his mark at Joe Davis Stadium during the 1986 and 1987 seasons. He was the 1988 Rookie Of The Year as a member of the Oakland A’s.
