Slow quiet morning here, sipping from my Team Rocket Tri Club Swim Hobbs Island coffee mug! Don’t forget our clubs upcoming events! Huntsville Sprint, on August 8th, a few spots left, lots of volunteer opportunities!! ROCKETman, on August 30th, multiple options, from relays to duathlon available, Swim Hobbs Island on Sept 20th, with 1, 2 & 5 mile options and of course, wrapping up the TRTC race calendar with Racin’ the Station! As I sit here this morning, drinking coffee with my pup, Roux. I just wanted to send one last thank you to everyone who not only entrusted their race day to me, but the MOUNTAIN of supporters, volunteers, vendors & sponsors that allowed ’s Big Run 5k & to run *mostly* smoothly! We can’t thank you all enough! Please take a moment out of your day, week, month - to see our sponsors, stop in and try on some new shoes at FF! Get the nagging soreness out with & .pt ! Grab some snacks at ! Look up John Butterfield with ! Take a class with (or one of their other locations!) Cool off with a tasty treat from ! Get some new 🚲 gear ! Or do what I’m doing and have a ☕️with ! We also couldn’t do the event without , , & Hemsi! Thank you to Melissa for figuring out our timing issues! And last, but not least!!
