✨Monday Morning Barre Class✨

Come enjoy fellowship with women while burning some calories. This is not a high impact or cardio class. Everything can be modified if needed.

Even though this starts on September 14th, we currently have a Thursday night class from 7-8pm! 🤗

And this is the entire reason 407 exists. To build up the children that walk through our door. To encourage them that all things are possible even when it feels hard. Hearing excitement in children when they accomplish something that feels hard is the most precious sound in the world.
