Huge honor for Columbia Esports!

Today, our team was officially recognized for earning our THIRD consecutive State Championship in Splatoon 3!

Back-to-back-to-back champions.
That's how Eagles do!
This accomplishment is yet another testament to the hard work, discipline, teamwork, and dedication our students continue to show year after year.

I'm proud of this team and proud to represent Columbia High School and Huntsville City Schools at the highest level.

We’re proud to announce that the Columbia Esports Splatoon team has won their third consecutive state championship, defeating Spain Park with a dominant 3–0 sweep.

This marks an incredible achievement and sets a new standard of excellence for our program. Congratulations to Sean Banks, Brandon Barber, Jeremiah Dale, and Jaidon Bailey for their hard work, discipline, trust, and ex*****on when it mattered most.

Now the team will prepare to compete in the regional championship, The PlayVs Cup!

We've done it again!!!!

The Columbia High School Esports team has won the Fall 2025 Splatoon 3 State Championship! This is our program's 4th championship victory, with the Splatoon 3 title being won back-to-back after undefeated seasons!

I'm so unbelievably proud of these guys and what they have accomplished through hard work and dedication to their craft and each other.

I can't wait to see what they do next! Stay with us.

Over the weekend, the Columbia Esports team had an amazing time volunteering at the Riley Center’s Spooktacular. The Spooktacular is a special event that creates a sensory-friendly trick-or-treat experience for children with autism.

Our students were truly grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community, especially since many of them have autistic family members, friends, and loved ones. It was a truly meaningful reminder that teamwork extends beyond the game, it’s about compassion, inclusion, and connection.
