4Aquaholicz is now contracting with The GYM HSV and I will have spots open on Monday nights so go sign up Good Day! I am Coach Stephanie and I look forward to teaching you! I have 26 years of teaching and coaching experience. I am an Am. Red Cross lifeguard and I became an Am. Red Cross Water Safety Instructor right here at Oakwood University and opened my swim school, 4Aquaholicz, in Madison and Limestone county in 2009. I currently coach and instruct in North Alabama for Morgan, Limestone, and Madison counties. I have experience in teaching several programs that include Am. Red Cross, YMCA, USA swimming, Ready Set Splash, and transitioning ISR. I have experience in technical coaching and adaptive swim lessons. I am a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and AFAA personal fitness trainer. I graduated from Athens State University with BoS in Health & Wellness Mgt. with minors in HR Mgt & Healthcare Admin Mgt. I am currently the Aquatics Coordinator at Alabama A&M University. I love to sing, whitewater raft and camp on my days off! I'm happy to bring my skills to The GYM HSV so meet me in the water to splash & learn! 🧜♀️
