Congrats to Red Raiders 11U MF on a 2nd place finish this weekend in Elgin at the Seminole Stars and Strikes Slugfest.

It was a weekend full of adversity, and the girls battled through it all the way to the final play. Down 5 to 1 on Saturday in bracket play, they scored 5 runs in the last inning to advance.

Today, facing the 1 seed who had only given up 1 run in 4 games, the Raiders came out strong and won 5 to 1.

In the championship game against a very tough Rhino 11U team who beat them 13 to 2 on Saturday, the girls fought back from a 6 to 1 deficit and tied it 7 to 7 in the 7th inning, just coming up short in the end.

Keep working, Raiders. Awesome weekend.

Congratulations, Hailey S on 11u Red Raider MF team she threw her first no hitter this weekend at the CTW Spring Fever Tournament!!! We can see all your hard work and dedication is paying off!

Red Raiders MMHS Spring team coached by Joe Saftig has been on fire!!

They’ve pushed their spring record to 20 to 1, bringing home three first place finishes along the way.

At the AHQ Invitational, they took down Indiana Magic Gold to win it all. At the USSSA Sparks Invitational, in a loaded 28 team field, they battled through and outlasted IL Chill in the championship. Then at the Wasco Tournament, out of 20 teams, they went toe to toe with a tough WI Lightning squad and pulled it out in extra innings to secure another title.
