Lots of pieces are coming together at Snow Oasis! This is the indoor people mover that will carry guests to the top of the indoor summit, making the trip up almost as much fun as coming back down. Every new piece makes it a little easier to imagine Snow Oasis filled with families enjoying the snow! ❄️

It is almost time to rest, relax and grab some lunch! The dining area at Snow Oasis is coming along, and soon this will be the perfect place to warm up, recharge and enjoy a meal before heading back out for more fun. We are getting closer every day! ❄️🍽️

The tunnel to the slopes is coming along! ❄️ Before long, this will be the gateway to all the skiing, snowboarding and winter fun waiting inside Snow Oasis. Every day of construction brings us one step closer to welcoming you through this tunnel and onto the snow. We cannot wait!

The Snow Cave is coming along! ❄️ Soon, all of this will be covered in snow, creating a special place for our littlest guests to climb, explore, play and have fun. It may not look like a winter wonderland just yet, but we can already imagine the smiles, laughter and memories that will fill this space!

The skating rink at Snow Oasis is taking shape! The walls are up, and progress is being made every day. It is exciting to watch this vision become a reality, one step at a time. Snow Oasis has truly been a labor of love, and we cannot wait to open the doors and share it with you! ⛸️❄️

Even the roads are getting ready for Snow Oasis! 🚧 Road widening is underway to make it easier for guests to get here. There is a lot happening inside Snow Oasis, but there is plenty happening outside too as we get closer to welcoming you! ❄️⛷️

When Snow Oasis is complete, the building itself will almost disappear behind scenes inspired by some of West Virginia’s most iconic places. Imagine ice sliding out of a frozen Blackwater Falls or skiing beneath a snow-covered Seneca Rocks. From Cooper’s Rock to Babcock, Cass and other destinations, the walls will showcase the beauty and adventure found throughout West Virginia. Snow Oasis will also introduce guests to participating West Virginia ski resorts, helping new skiers discover where their next adventure can take them after learning to ski right here. It is more than creating a place to ski and play. It is about celebrating West Virginia and inspiring families to explore more of our state.
