16 girls showed up to conditioning today, 16 girls worked hard, 16 showed dedication. Try outs will be Tuesday and Wednesday next week 3:30-5:30.

Due to some changes next weeks flex days will only be Tuesday and Thursday now. Tryouts won’t start until Tuesday Nov. 4th

Next week, Tuesday and Thursday, we will hold open gym 12-2. Please have a physical form, and bring a friend or two! We enjoy seeing new faces! Come try it out.

Hold your heads up and be proud for keeping it classy. Take Saturday off, drink water and rest for Monday! Milton at 5:30 we are wearing purple! Couldn’t be more proud of our bears.

No practice today. Home game tomorrow vs Ashland, I would like the whole team there to dress. Starts at 6 Varsity only.
