This is a nice continuous drill. Jian Choi/Arrow Punch to Heun Ma back to a So Gerk/Sweep Kick to a Dung Gerk/Front Kick and another Heun Ma back to start over again switching sides.

Here are a couple of our juniors working on their So Gerk/Sweep Kick. When you kick, you must cover yourself. They are using a Fak Sao with a Gum Sao to cover their faces as they come in to kick. They're just starting to get the hang of it. Easy. Not easy.

Wing Chun Kwan Sao/Bong Gerk vs the Roundhouse kick followed by Pak Da - Che Choi. Wing Chun has many defenses against the Roundhouse Kick, and this is just one from our arsenal and easy to implement. This technique is used to "cover" the entire body from the Roundhouse Kick by creating a shield with the arms and legs. The Kwan Sao/Bong Gerk is made up of ramps and triangular points and is a complete structure.

Basic Wing Chun drill vs 3 round punches.
Tan Da to Inside Pak Da/Punch to Inside Pak Da/Biu Sao. All are done with turning the horse.
The Biu Sao ex*****on needs to be off to the side of the neck on the punching side to avoid injury while training. Accidents occasionally happen. Nice basic drill.
