The two coaches met while wrestling at Division One Hofstra University under the direction of, Tom Shifflet, Rob Anspach, Joe Dubuque, Zach Tanelli, Dan Vallimont and Gregor Gillespie. After completing their academic requirements Gillespi began his high school coaching career at Wantagh and Accordino at Chaminade. Today, the two join forces to take each and every one of their wrestlers to their highest potential.
