What a great day of training. Today we had a fantastic morning kendo keiko with some of friends from Enshinkan, Ryushukan, Stony Brook Kendo club and Northern Virginia Kendo club. We topped the day off with a 6-hour seminar with Carl Long, Hanshi in Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu covering batto-ho, tachi oku iai and tachi uchi no kurai. We had KNBK members from Long Island, Northern Virginia, upstate NY, and from our Hombu in PA. We’d like to thank Long sensei for his time and patient teaching as well as Gerard Senese, Kyoshi for his generosity in letting us use his dojo for the event. Look forward to seeing everyone next time!
