🚨Transformation Shoutout🚨

“I have been training with KC since 2020, virtually or outdoors during the pandemic and now at Kinetic Coaching.

Unfortunately in March of 2022, I had foot surgery and wasn't able to workout for months. While I was recovering, the weight I put on during Covid continued to increase.

I finally returned to Kinetic Coaching in August 2022 and started my weight loss journey. I paired Weight Watchers and went to Kinetic Coaching 3 days a week. I then increased to 5 days a week in the fall, and have maintained this schedule ever since.

I participated in the recent Kinetic Coaching Transformation Program where I received additional nutrition support and daily motivation from other members in the program. This brought me another step closer to my weight goal.

I have lost a total of 32 pounds between eating healthier, working out and coaching from KC and his staff.

I love my "gym family” and enjoy our unique workouts - there is something new everyday to keep it fresh & stimulating. Just 45 minutes of exercise to start each day off right!

If you want a new gym home, Kinetic Coaching is the place to go.”
