If your books are sold out for the next 3 months, that’s not the flex you think it is.
I know stylists love posting “fully booked until October” like it’s a badge of honor.
But if people can book you 3 months from now without hesitation, your prices are probably too low.
Because when demand goes up, prices should too.
Higher prices create space.
Space creates flexibility.
Flexibility creates a business that actually serves YOU.
