If you have began to master pull-ups with your body weight it is time to progress by doing weighted pull-ups!

By adding weight you are able to build upper body pulling strength that transfer to throwing, climbing, wrestling, and many sports.

This will help build resilience and posture through developing this movement.

Meet Katie! ๐Ÿ‘‹

A busy mom, professional, and volunteer who found her strength again with barbell training at Breakthrough.

After stepping away from lifting during Covid, Katie wanted structure, real progress, and a workout that fit into a packed schedule. Now she gets a full-body strength session in about 55 minutes, feels accomplished walking out, and even looks forward to the gym as part of her social life.
