Free to the public !!
Hunters education classes .
Friday October 16 (6-9 pm) and
Saturday October 17 (8-3 )
(Must attend both days to receive certification)

Must be at least 11 years old by October 17.

Register online anytime or in person at the clubhouse on October 17.
(Walk-ins welcome)

Snacks will be provided at no cost on October 16
Lunch will be provided at no cost on October 17.

There will be an outside walk through course on October 17 so please wear weather appropriate clothing.

I hope you can join us on Thursday, Oct. 8, 6-8 p.m. at the PA Game Commission Northeast Regional Headquarters, 3917 Memorial Highway in Dallas for a Concealed Carry Seminar.

Luzerne County District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce and Luzerne County Sheriff Genesis Arias will provide a presentation of Pennsylvania fi****ms laws and the Castle Doctrine. There will also be game wardens present to answer any hunting-related questions.

Seating is limited. Reservations are required by calling 570-675-6000 or going to www.RepWalsh.com.

Dave Bartkiewicz, was recognized by the Pennsylvania Game Commission for serving 40 years as a volunteer hunter/trapper education instructor.

Thanks to everyone who showed up for today's shoot , we had a great turnout. The weather couldn't have been better. It was great to see our regulars as well as newcomers!!
It was also a pleasure seeing some of our YHEC team come out and shoot a few rounds. GOOD LUCK AT STATES IN A FEW WEEKS !!!!!

And ,as always, thanks to the members who give up their time to put this on. We couldn't do this without you.

See you in the fall.

Eastern Regionals was much dryer than Westerns. The kids shot well, just missing some metals. Our Senior team tied for 2nd place in .22 🥈 And 5 bonus shot awards went to our team- engraved pocketknives! Next up: States in June!

The YHEC Western Regionals were held this weekend in Youngwood,Pa.
