Training during pregnancy isn’t just about “bouncing back.” It’s about staying healthy, building strength, helping support your body through pregnancy, labor, recovery, and setting an example for your kids that taking care of yourself matters too.
Movement during pregnancy has been shown to help with endurance, strength during labor, recovery postpartum, and overall mental health. Every season of motherhood looks different, but staying active can be one of the greatest gifts you give yourself and your baby.
