If dropping 10 pounds feels out of reach right now…

Chances are, you’ll come up with a few simple actions you could start today. (You could even come up with them RIGHT NOW, nudge, nudge!)
Things like:
✅ Having a post-workout protein shake ready before you begin your workout.
✅ Going for a 10-minute walk after dinner instead of crashing on the couch.
✅ Drinking a glass of water before reaching for a second iced coffee.
These don’t seem like much…
But every small choice moves you closer to your goal — or a little farther away from it.
