Additionally, Jenny is a NASM Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES)who combines science and research with practical application to help athletes achieve optimum performance and minimize sports-related injury risk by using an innovative, cutting-edge approach for preparing and conditioning athletes. Furthermore, Jenny is a TRX Suspension Trainer who creates fast, effective total-body workouts using bodyweight to help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. Jenny’s fitness philosophy is simple..."Fitness is not a destination it’s a way of life." She enjoys working with clients to incorporate fitness, health and proper nutrition into their lifestyles. Jenny
has extensive knowledge about nutrition and vitamin supplementation and works with each client to customize a plan that will help her clients optimize their workouts and provide their bodies with the nutrients needed to achieve and/or maintain their fitness goals. When she isn’t training clients, Jenny enjoys spending time with her son, cooking and creating new healthy recipes from scratch, swimming, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, playing flag football on the beach, and working on various graphic design and art projects.
