Salty Grom Surf Camp At Salty Grom Surf Camp we have created a program that teaches basic and intermediate surfing skills in a fun and safe way. Our C.P.R.

certified instructors are well experienced and knowledgeable about ocean life and safety. This year we are focusing our "Sprouts" camps. It is a beach camp design for 5-7 year old groms to gain confidence in different ocean conditions. While surfing, the student to instructor ratio is 1:1. We have developed a more kid friendly curriculum and have pushed extra water and sunscreen breaks.

Our Sprouts program uses individualized coaching because every child learns at their own pace. This allows our instructors to focus on ocean awareness, water safety, proper surfing fundamentals, and celebrating every small victory along the way.

For our youngest groms, success isn't measured by how many waves they catch—it's measured by the confidence they gain every time they paddle back out.

But summer isn't over just yet! :) 🌊

There are still waves to catch, friendships to make, and memories waiting at the beach.

August has some of our favorite conditions of the year—warm water, fun waves, and plenty of sunshine. It's the perfect time for first-time surfers and returning groms alike.
