I am 52 years old & a proud mom to two amazing boys. I reside in Southern California, originally from Phoenix Arizona. At 52, I feel healthy & strong and I want to help others achieve that. Not everybody does, and it’s one of the hardest habits to form.I want to help with that too! It’s one step at a time! I became
a certified trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine when I was 30 years old, so I could build a business doing what I was passionate about. My specialty quickly became training individuals or small groups in their homes with minimal equipment. I’ve had 2 businesses doing just that, and now I’ve circled back to it!! I decided I wanted to have other options to work out where I wasn’t spending a whole lot of time at it, but still getting the effectiveness. I came up with my quick, effective strength, cardio and core workouts that are all about compound movements. I love them and I do them regularly. I renewed my certification with NASM on my birthday in January 2020, so I could legitimately share my workouts on YouTube and on social media. My motto is “It doesn’t have to take a lot of time, and it doesn’t have to be perfect, but we’ve got to MOVE! "MOVE YOUR BODY!"
My passion is to help people of all fitness levels, even beginners to fitness, to do just that by offering an optional type of workout where they can just get it done safely & effectively and move on with their day! These workouts are very customizable for all levels. You can make them as easy or difficult according to where you are on your fitness journey. It doesn’t have to take a lot of time, and it’s not about looking perfect! It’s about being strong and healthy for longevity, so we can have the best quality of life possible!
