Crazy Running of Lake Norman Crazy Running of Lake Norman is a co-ed running and conditioning program for kids ages 3-14. Do you want to get stronger and faster? Check out Crazy Running!

Crazy Running offers 8-week programs for young athletes. Fun, energy packed, hour long workouts are led by a USA Track and Field certified coach. Workouts are designed, and athletes are split into groups to challenge the youngest and the oldest Crazy Runner. Crazy Running provides fun exercise for an energetic 7-year old, challenges an athletic 9 year old, strengthens and conditions an 11-year old who may need to move a little more, or prepares a 14 year old for high school cross country.
