Long post, but worth the read.

The LKN Bombers earned every bit of this weekend. 💜💛🇺🇸

At the DC Fastpitch Support Our Troops Tournament in Tyger River, SC, these girls have battled through a short roster, a serious injury, and just nine players available for the entire weekend.

They could have folded. They didn’t.

They showed up, fought hard, and finished 3rd overall out of 25 teams in a stacked field. That takes grit, heart, and a whole lot of belief in each other.

A massive thank you to our two guest players. We literally could not have stepped on the field without you. Thank you to both families for giving up part of your weekend to help us compete. That meant more than you know.

Harper, you protected the plate like a boss and came up huge at the plate on Saturday.

Gabby, your plays were game changers, and your energy lit up the dugout and the field.

This group showed what resilience looks like. They showed what pride looks like. They showed what Bombers softball is all about. 💥🥎💜💛

It wasn’t the weekend the Bombers hoped for — two tough pool games landed us in the Bronze bracket. But these girls never quit 💪 They battled back, brought home a win, and scored the cutest Thanksgiving turkey rings in the process! 🏆🦃✨

This team has faced more than its share of adversity — from injuries to a short roster — but their heart, grit, and love for the game shine every weekend. 💜💛
