💥Epic weekend for my first race at Martinsville Speedway !!💥

Only going up from here in the future! Learned so much I can take from this race weekend, it was a bucket list race I've always wanted to be a part of and what a blessing to be there. 🙌

I learned how important qualifying is at this track, With the lack of experience i didn't do my part of putting it in a good starting spot for a heat race. Car felt great, appreciate everyone who helped me figure out the setup I needed for a new track. You all rock 💪

It took every bit of everyone on my family and friends team to help at the track too and everyone hustled and worked hard all weekend. Special thank you to my parents, my Papa, Trayc Walker Scott, my sister Molly, Mimi and Grammy and a very special thanks to my spotter Hunter Smith!! 💪 Thank you all for making this a special weekend full of learning and growing. We will be ready and will make the race next year!

Race recap: since I didn't qualify great, I started 17th in the heat, got shuffled back to 18th at the start and finished 15th, missed it by just 5 spots. Top 10 tranfer into the 200 lap Main. I worked real hard, passed some cars, had fun but didnt have quite enough time with only 25 laps. So unfortunately we didnt make the Main but not hanging my head on it. I don't drive for a big team who has lots of previous notebooks worth of info to go off and I am So proud to be where I am and enjoying every second of it at the track with my family and friends.
God is good all the time and He provides all I need.

💥Race Day recap 9/5/26

Each week I've learned so much, figuring out this car and making it better, learning things on the track and what this boat does and doesn't like out there.
I'm very proud of how far we have come in this short amount of time, what we've learned and that I am really close to the top teams and drivers who have years of experience.

I qualified my fastest lap so far at this track- started p4 and finished the 100 lap race p4, we again had the fastest car in the 2nd half but just having to find speed at the beginning to stay closer and work on my driving.

We are getting it and having fun!

Next up we will try out the big Late Model Martinsville Speedway races September 25 & 26 🙏

Thank you so much to my family and friends, Trayc Walker Scott for spotting me this week and everyone who has a hand in helping!
