Empowering Youth Ages 12–18 Through Strength, Movement & Confidence
Welcome to the 3T Student Summer Program—an expertly designed, 6-week fitness experience for youth ready to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Students are placed into either a Beginner or Intermediate track based on their experience level, ensuring everyone trains safely and effectively.
Each track follows three progressive phases: Foundation, Conditioning, and Functional Strength. Every session includes warm-ups, core development, mobility training, and structured workouts that focus on age-appropriate strength and movement quality.
