My goal is never just to decrease pain temporarily, it’s to help people understand their body, move with confidence again, and get back to doing the things they enjoy without limitations.

Is golfer’s elbow holding back your game? 🏌️‍♂️ You’re not alone. This common repetitive stress injury targets the pronator teres and wrist flexor muscles, mainly in your trail arm. Common culprits include improper swing techniques like overswinging and using an incorrect grip.

Tackle the problem with a strategic approach:
1️⃣ Implement PRICEMM and adjust your activities
2️⃣ Restore a full, pain-free range of motion
3️⃣ Enhance strength and refine swing mechanics

Golf injuries happen more than you think… and it’s usually not the swing, it’s the body behind it.

Here’s what we see all the time:
⛔️ Limited mobility (especially hips + thoracic spine)
⛔️ Poor load transfer → your back and shoulders take the hit
⛔️ Repetition without recovery
⛔️ Strength imbalances that show up under speed

Golf looks smooth, but it’s explosive, rotational, and repetitive. That combination will expose every weak link.

The truth?
Most injuries aren’t bad luck, they’re predictable.

Fix the way you move, and you don’t just reduce pain…
you gain consistency, distance, and longevity in your game.
