Pyramid sets: 8-6-4-6-8-adding 5, 10 or 20 pounds each set down to 4, then down to 8.

Warm up= Jumping Jacks 4x25
1. Back Squats (Pyramids)
2. Deadlifts (Pyramids)
3. Alternating Forward Lunges (4x12)
4. Calf Raises (4x12)
5. Alternating Leg Raises with V-up (4x6)
6. Stability Ball Low Plank Knee Taps (4x10)
