FREE CHEWELAH YOUTH SOCCER SKILLS CAMP
Chewelah Youth Soccer will host a FREE Soccer Skills Camp on Thursday and Friday, August 20th-21st at the Old Chewelah Middle School, 106 W. Lincoln Ave., Chewelah.
Camp sessions will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for ages 9 and under and 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for ages 10 and older. Participants will learn age-appropriate soccer fundamentals, including dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and game play in a fun and encouraging environment.
Camp activities are tailored to each age group. Children ages 4–5 will participate from 9:00–10:00 a.m., ages 6–7 from 9:00–11:00 a.m., and ages 8–9 from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. This age-based schedule allows younger players to focus on the most important foundational skills while keeping the experience fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Participants ages 10 through high school will attend the full afternoon session from 12:00–3:00 p.m.
Players are welcome to attend for as much of their scheduled session as they are able, not required to be there the whole time if they cannot. Participation in the camp is open to everyone and is not limited to children who plan to play in the upcoming fall soccer season.
Volunteers are also needed to help make camp a success.
Registration for the Fall 2026 Chewelah Youth Soccer season is still open through tomorrow officially (but we will accept stragglers through the first two days of school).
